Room hire FEES


In general we have 2 booking fees, although we can be negotiable for events such as fund raisers, community activities & local groups.

1. Standard room hire charge is £60, where no bar is required. This gets you the use of the hall laid up with tables & chairs. Popular with kids parties, christening's & small gatherings. Guests are welcome to use our bottom bar and take drinks upstairs.

2. Full room hire is £80 (£20 refunded on night if bar takings exceed £800). This gets you the use of the main hall with tables & chairs and a fully staffed bar with exclusive use.

For all bookings please call the club during our opening hours on: 01726 822523. Open Monday to Thursday from 7pm. Friday, Saturday & Sundayall day from 12pm. We will not be able to take bookings outside these hours or via our Facebook page.

All hirers will be asked to pay required fee in full to secure booking.
Verbal bookings will only be classed as provisional until a deposit is paid.
Hirers are welcome to bring buffets/caterers/food for functions. 
All drinks must be bought from the bar. 
The hirer will take full responsibility for the conduct of all guests attending the function.
Cancellation, the booking fee will be refunded for cancellations made and received at least 28 days in advance.
A full refund will also be given if we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Hirer will be held responsible for any damages or loss of furniture, equipment and shall pay on demand, the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
